Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1 Tbsp Ground flax seed with 2 tablespoons warm water
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup pistachios
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 Tbsp maple syrup
3 Tbsp avocado oil
2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl making sure to evenly distribute spices.
- Place in a single layer on a 9″x11″ baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes mixing about half way through.
- Cook until golden on brown on the edges and most of the moisture has evaporated. Cool completely before storing in an air tight container.
