Pudding:
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/2 scoop unflavored protein powder of choice
- 3/4 cup unsweetened plant-based milk of choice
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Dash of cinnamon
Toppings:
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries, defrosted (microwave for 30 seconds)
Instructions
- Combine all pudding ingredients in a container.
- Stir until well combined, or shake with the lid on to incorporate all ingredients. Let sit overnight (or at least 2 hours) in the refrigerator.
- Top with mixed berries and enjoy!
